Asgard FM Fantasy Range 1980s returns third round

Alternative Armies is delighted to restore to the world a range which inspired so many which followed it. At the dawn of the 1980's Asgard Miniatures began their Fantasy Monsters (FM) range. We have worked hard to allow tabletop gamers, collectors and Asgard fans the chance to have these miniatures once more.

The third round of releases is here.  Large Oriental style Trolls and Ogres (about 40mm tall) as well as Nick Bibby's Dragon Lizard Mount and its Human Rider plus a Chaos Lance from the Barbarian and Chaotic range. These join the two previous rounds of releases meaning just under fifty in total restored codes on the Tabletop Games and Asgard Fantasy Range pages.

FM22 V1  Oriental Ogre

FM22A V1 Oriental Ogre Standard Bearer (same as FM22V1 with different open hand weapon)

FM22 V2 Oriental Troll

FM22A V2 Oriental Troll Standard Bearer

D7 Dragon Lizard Mount

D8 Dragon Lizard Human Rider (part of kit on page)

AFB10 Chaos Lance

Each miniature is shown in a series of pictures and angles with a total height listed to help you know their size. Total height is from sole of foot to top of highest part of the figure. In the case of long creatures a total length is given the same way.   Note the remastered Storm Giant and the Giant Slug will get their own news later on as they are not quite ready yet...

The MPS range has two small sets restored to the world on the Tabletop Games and Asgard Fantasy Range pages.  There is MPS8 Orc Family Outing and MPS9 Wagon Set (see it above).  Each of these sets can be had as a whole or any parts from it in any quantity.

One of the first classics Alternative Armies restored was the most asked for.  The Orc Rock Band!  Remastered musicians and equipment plus a now resin and twice the size stage.  You can have the whole band with stage HERE or select any of the parts of the set HERE.  We named our Orc Band 'Spinal Crack'!

We hope you enjoy our efforts to keep such wonderful classics in production and we are continuing with this project and each time we get further codes online we will let you know.

Thanks for your Time.
