This Todoroni youth has been conscripted to act as a runner or messenger for his superiors. With a pistol in one hand and a message in the other he is rather scared! Useful in your Flintloque sections, as a scenario objective or aide. Supplied unpainted with a resin base.

“You wanna stitches?”  The Todoroni of Nepolise gain another character miniature in their range.  Following the Exploring Officer, Glutton, Opera Singer, Servants and others this time Nikki Chatwin has sculpted a saw bones for all those sword cuts and musket shot wounds.

Allied to the Ferach Empire and serving from Catalucia to the Witchlands the Todoroni are figures of fun but also troops of merit too.  The Surgeon stands next to a Goblin House and a Hard Cart from our Black Powder Scenics range.

56138 Todoroni Surgeon: This code contains one single piece metal miniature in 28mm scale with a 37mm total height. An officer ‘trained’ in medicine useful for skirmish as a section member and mass battle as interest in a line unit.  With his blade hidden behind his back this miniature has scissors, pouches and other medical items upon him and wears a leather apron. Supplied unpainted and with a resin base.

Eat up! Those Todoroni of Nepolise are sinful in many ways. Most of the time it is the ladies they chase but they are also fond of fine foods. A new character line officer sculpted by Nikki Chatwin is now on the website adding to this much enlarged army.

 

Allied to the Ferach Empire and serving from Catalucia to the Witchlands the Todoroni are figures of fun but also troops of merit too.  Above he stands in front of a caprtured Grand Alliance Howitzer.

Tax and the Hounding free full size solo and player Flintloque scenario

The last day of the Flintloque week is here and we end the month here too.  You have been asking for another full size and free scenario suitable for one up to four players.  Here it is.  We present to you...Tax and the Hounding!

“Listena, I dida not do dat eh.  It wasa some otha guy.”

Elaborately ruffled cuffs moved in time to Fartintelli’s words.  His demeanor was of one who was hurt by false words.  Of one who could not possibly be guilty of any crime no matter how small or insignificant.  Unfortunately for the famous opera singer he was conversing with an agent of his Britorcn Majesty’s revenue and customs and that agent did not believe a word that came from his slimy mouth.

“We know who you are Fartinelli.  We know it was you and we know it is you.  Even this recently posted bill shows you.  You owe and I am here to take you back to Albion to shake coins lose from your breeches.”

New Todoroni Characters free PDF game rules for Flintloque and Slaughterloo

Over this spring some new Todoroni of Nepolise have appeared in the World of Valon.  Sculpted by Nikki Chatwin each is a character in its own right and fits right in with the infantry, cavalry, artillery and other troops in that army.  Flintloque fans have been asking for game rules for them and as July 2023 is all about Flintloque now is the time!  Enjoy and check it out as well as all of our other Free Downloads on the website.

While it is currently on hold the Beir Wars project for Flintloque has already produced an entire new army that of the Legion de Nain with over sixty new miniatures covering line, light, cavalry, artillery, command, specialists, characters as well as new limber boar and pigs.  Located in the Confederation of Finklestein pages you can also use these miniatures as any of the little states and petty kingdoms outlined in the Beir & Bones book.  Run while the Pub is closed is a free solo play scenario on our website. All of our releases for the month are now made including 59001 Czalingrad Character Pack remastered after two decades away from the website.  The story will return in August for them.  We have also now remolded the popular 54502F Hand Cart which we are told features in many Flintloque scenarios on your tables.

Flintloque week continues and will culminate on Friday 28th July with the free full size solo any several player scenario 'Tax and the Hounding' which sees Fartinelli this month's free in all orders miniature being caught in ambush first by the tax collector (he has many children he does not pay for) and then by a force of Von Mohnblume Dogmen.  Will his escort of Orc Dragoons (provided by the Duke of Wheeling-Turn for a grand performance that week) be able to prevent his demise or capture?  We will see...

The expansion of the Army of Nepolise in the World of Valon continues with a first; an exploring officer Sculpted by Nikki Chatwin and adding to the recent other new Todoroni this fellow fits right into your Flintloque games. Preparing for his next mission being warmed by the camp fire with supplies heaped behind.

He cuts a dashing poise eh!  Fartinelli is a one piece resin miniature which has a total height of 45mm to the top of his quiffed wig.  Sculpted by Mark Ricketts (the same sculptor who made the Londinium Coach and our HOF 15mm Alien Greys) a fun Big Todoroni which is at home in Flintloque, Slaughterloo or just in your collection if you want something rather different to paint up.  Shown with ALT007 Alternia Black Powder for scale.  She is one of our Alternia Mascots all which all came out in 2022.

What is Happening in July 2023

This month we have a further new Todoroni character miniature by Nikki Chatwin as well as the return of the classic 1990's and long absent Czalingrad Character Pack for Flintloque. There are free downloads giving character stats in play for the new Todoroni miniatures and a full Flintloque scenario involving the Londinium Coach; escorting Orc Dragoons and a Hob Goblin tax collector

Away from Valon we have another new value skirmish pack in the HOF 15mm Science Fiction Range this time for the re-mastered Zidhe Space Elves plus new pictures of all their codes.  There are new miniatures for Erin Celtic Mythology as we present further Pukki this time they are the bearers for Fomorian Storm Warriors.  The Star Rangers in the Alternate Stars 28mm Science Fiction Range get a couple more poses to add to those from last month.  Lastly our overhaul of the massive 28mm scale Ion Age Range is nearing its end and in July the twenty eight Shia Khan Legionaries will become singles and value packs plus a saver platoon in parts 12 and 13 of the project. All of these items will get its own news during the month.

Todoroni duelling officer released for Flintloque and En Garde

The expansion of the Army of Nepolise in the World of Valon continues with a characterful miniature sculpted by Nikki Chatwin.  Following up on his recent Todoroni this time is a Captain of Hussars on foot with blade drawn. Popularly requested to lead your sections in Flintloque, to act as the officer of line, light or dismounted cavalry in Slaughterloo or to be a made duellist for the En Garde rules (which can be used by any Valon race as well as Crystal and Armorican Elves).

56135 Todoroni Duellist Officer:  A one piece metal miniature in uniform armed with a drawn sword and with hussar's pelisse in uniform.  Stands 36mm tall.

This new metal miniature is a 'little' Todoroni meaning it scales to Elves and Orcs in height.  Here it is next to the hero of 5024 Escape the Dark Czar beginners set General Saindoux as well as next to the huge Frusacti Grenadieria Sapper and the lowly Todoroni Servant too with his tray.

If you missed our remastering and release of the mighty 5107 The Londinium Coach you can now have this 240mm long model (coach with four horses) on its own or as its parts (wheels etc) or the crew (driver and footman). A master of fashion is here in a new very limited edition code sculpted by new talent Nikki Chatwin in his first Flintloque and Alternative Armies miniature.

VLE15 Michrana Cappelo Carlos

"Tiny Hat" Michrana Cappello Carlos...fabulous over weight eccentric, embellisher, storyteller, lover of fine foods and wines, art and fashion...he likes to see himself as military fashion mogul coming up with new trends claiming they are "straight from Ferach capital itself" like his iconic tiny hat (which many tease him for) with a single massive fiery feather which he "claims" he hand picked off the back of a slayed phoenix....on paper he's a master military tactician but as of yet has only seen one major battle in which he took shrapnel in the eye in the early moments of the battle, though if he tells you about the battle its a very different story ...he commands a small division know for their constant change in uniform design and colour as he can never decide what he likes, this has gone on to the division being nicknamed the "rainbow militia"..they are by far not the best soldiers around but by god they are the best looking "apparently".

The fifteenth VLE (Very Limited Edition) pack contains one metal miniature in 28mm scale (approx 32mm in height). Todoroni senior officer.  250 Numbered Packs Only then molds destroyed. Free Rules for Flintloque and Slaughterloo can be found on its page for this pack on the website to use in play.

Returned to the website!  A classic Flintloque code the Elf Engineers are back in new molds and remastered.  Go to 51032 1er Sappuers de Ligne for some interesting poses for game use as pack and now as single choices too on page.  Rules for their use are in 5027 Grapeshotte expansion book for Flintloque.

56540 Cotechina Guarda Todoroni return re-mastered and on offer

“Quite a few Armoricans were surprised when the annual troop review took place in Nappoly when after thousands of gaudily dressed Todoroni marched past in a variety of styles all different to each other naturally they saw something new. Last in the review were five new regiments that had been privately raised and then gifted to King Tadio Polo who sat on his golden throne and clapped excitedly at the new troops marched past in perfect formation and saluted him as they went.

Murmuring the Elves asked each other, who were these excellently drilled, uniformed and equipped soldiers and why were they wearing the trademark bearskins, the headgear of elite guard soldiers. The King waited for the review to end and then at a signal he ordered the regiments to wheel back in to the square in front of the royal stand. As one they raised their muskets and fired a salute to the king making several high ranking Elves duck. They had never seen such precision from Todoroni. At this point a short and portly Toad stepped from the ranks and bowed to the assembled nobility and Elves before ascending to the stand. He was the Baron Petrochemicoli a very, very rich noble who had become sick of being the butt of all the jokes going on military ineptitude.  He had raised an elite regiment of Toads.”

Now re-mastered and in new molds the finest regiment in the Army of Nepolise the Cotechina Guarda is back on the website with new images, plus choice of pack, unit and all poses as singles and an offer too.  Get them for your games of Flintloque or Slaughterloo. Go HERE or read on.
